Caythorpe and Frieston Parish Annual Council Meeting

to be held on Wednesday 11th September 2024

commencing at 7.30pm in the Village Hall

The Agenda for the meeting is to be found below. If you are unable to attend please notify me of your apology.

There will be a 15 minute public forum between 7.15 and 7.30 when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, and your attendance is also requested during this period.

5. To receive written applications for the office of Parish councillor and to Co-opt a candidate to fill the existing vacancy - 1

• Signing of Declaration of Acceptance, DPI and Code of Conduct

6. Parish Clerk’s Report on Matters Outstanding

This has been circulated previously

Andy Roberts contacted me to thank the Parish Council for the bench that has been erected in his name on the playing field. He expressed sadness for no longer being on the Parish Council and his gratitude for those who joined Cllr Crawley at the ‘unveiling’ of the bench. Andy also said that it had been situated in a great position from where he can sit and enjoy the view

i. Nigel Sardeson – assess all PC trees in the village (as specified on Asset Register) £500

ii. GW King – 4x grass cuts at Frieston Greens £320

iii. GW King – 2 months maintenance at the Burial Ground £860

iv. Lee Ballaam – 4x months of emptying & replenishing dog bins £340

v. Lee Ballaam – 2x grass cut at church £40

vi. Lee Ballaam – Cleaning Village Gates and Bus Stop on A607 - £110

vii. GW King – 2 months maintenance at Burial Ground - £860

viii. Taylor Landscaping – Deposit for re-levelling work required at the Burial Ground £1900
