Caythorpe and Frieston Parish Annual Council Meeting

to be held on Wednesday 11th November 2026

commencing at 7.30pm in the Village Hall

There will be a 15 minute public forum between 7.15 and 7.30 when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, and your attendance is also requested during this period.

 Please note that in accordance with statutory requirements it is important that you notify the clerk, in writing as soon as possible if you are unable to attend any meeting. this is to avoid an inadvertent casual vacancy arising through a councillors failure to attend a meeting for six months. Your reasons for absence should be given to the clerk in order that the council can make a decision on whether or not to approve the absence. Reasons for absence will be kept confidential. It is a legal requirement that the minutes must record the councils approval, or not, for absence.
