Caythorpe PCC is particularly grateful to Eddie and Jill Russell late of Arnhem Drive who were inspired to write the 1st Edition of this Guide. They gathered a large volume of information which has been incorporated into this edition for which the present author is greatly indebted. The PCC also wish to thank the Ven.
