Date of 2026 display
The meeting was convened solely to establish the date of the 2026 display following the receipt of the pricing structure from Galaxy Fireworks.
Following discussion, it was agreed to book Galaxy on our original preferred date of Saturday 7th November 2026 at a cost of £5000 plus VAT for an enhanced display.
AC to ask JB to do this and forward deposit invoice to Clerk for payment.
